According to the RSGB Repeater list at http://www.ukrepeater.net/repeaterlist2.htm this callsign is now allocated to a 50MHz voice repeater in Northampton.
The last mention that I could find for an ATV repeater with the callsign GB3CT is from 2001 and can be found here http://www.carc.org.uk/html/body_atv6.html and here http://www.carc.org.uk/html/atv1.html
