Note – it seems you cannot cut and paste from some mail programs as they add additional characters to the password!
If you cut and paste, please be very careful not to include any spaces at the beginning or the end. If you are having problems, please type the password in manually or paste it in to a text editor to confirm there are no additional characters added by your mail client.
